The LipkinFilms Co-operative is an innovative movement within the Australian film industry that represents the many facets of Australia's evolving cultural identity on a global scale.
LipkinFilms is a co-operative of individuals committed to generating distinctive ideas that advocate the unification of diverse perspectives utilising the filmic language as its chosen medium. LipkinFilms is a sovereign film making co-operative whose key philosophy embraces the need to bring these autonomous ideas to the big screen.
LipkinFilms holds the creative processes accountable as the driving force behind the success of our business, and therefore creates an environment where artistic merit and commercial sensibilities co-exist.
Mark Lipkin
Producer / Director
Mark Lipkin is the dynamic founder of the LipkinFilms co-operative. Mark has a background in writing, directing and producing films. Setting out to change the independent film landscape, Mark has envisaged a coming transformation in Australia's film industry where independent cinema will take precedence.
Anne Gertos-Dionysus
Associate Producer / Production Manager
With an extensive portfolio of production work under her belt from Feature films to AFI award pieces; Anne's repertoire in both the film and media industries continues to grow, as does her reputation. With a key focus on producing, Anne' ability to transfer her skill set has been paramount in her success. Anne's interest in the feature film environment continues to grow with successfully undertaking both producing and production management roles on Frozen Butterflies 2008.
Dante Gallo
Co-Producer(international)
Dante Gallo is a New York native whose formal education was completed at Fordham University in the Bronx. Since his graduation, Dante has enjoyed years of entrepreneurial success from various business ventures in which he played a pivotal role. Dante has over fifteen years of martial arts experience and currently holds the rank of 3rd degree Sensei. Presently Dante is an astute collector and dealer of high end original comic book art.
Jon Fabian
Writer / Director
Bringing a wealth of individual experience and years of involvement in Film to the co-operative, Jon brings the creativity of filmmaking to its technical underpinnings enabling the amalgamation of great ideas with what is realistically achievable. As well as his association with LipkinFilms, Jon is actively writing his own scripts which he hopes to direct with an American based production company in the near future.
Benjamin Hidalgo De La Barrera
Director of Photography
Hailing from Mexico City, Ben brings on board years of professional experience in cinematography from the European filmmaking market. Graduating from film school in Spain, Ben has travelled the globe shooting and assisting in many popular productions. After reviewing the co-operatives ideology, objectives and current project, Ben has agreed to join us identifying the need to develop an independent creative approach .
Chris Eon Mitskinis
Senior Editor
Undertaking possibly one of the largest projects of his career to date, Chris has successfully edited, consulted and delivered the major editing works of Frozen Butterflies 2008. Whilst running his own media business on the side, Chris' ability to manage both time and work ethic are only a small part in his rapid progression in the film industry
Jeremy Meaden
Sound Director
Jeremy Meaden is an exceptional new talent, who performs music indicative of the great Dizzy Gillespie and the legendary Miles Davis. Jeremy maintains that quintessential 1960's cool however demanding the situation may be. Jeremy has a Bachelor of Media Arts from RMIT, and brings a wealth of technical knowledge in sound engineering, as well as his creative efforts as a Jazz musician.
Stephen "Barry" Saunders
Music Director
Stephen's strengths lay in Physics, however he is also a gifted Jazz Keyboardist with the ability to fine-tune his sensibilities. Stephen is able to detect tonal variations in post modern music as well as identifying character traits in a casting session. Stephen adds value to the end to end process of the LipkinFilms co-operative, with his expertise being sound production.
Marc Weinstein
Editor
Marc Weinstein completed his schooling at the renowned Yeshivah College and currently holds a Bachelor of Contemporary Arts having majored in Media Arts. In his short but illustrious career Marc has written and directed two short films "Fire of Youth" (2000) and "S.O.B"' (2003). In addition and testament to his versatility Marc has also been employed as an editor, assistant director and director of photography. A well spoken and highly skilled individual Marc's comprehensive understanding of the filmic language makes him an ideal choice for editor.
Evan Carydakis
Marketing Associate
Evan began his journey as a Jazz Tenor Saxophonist having studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston MA, with the elite of the music world. Since then he has expanded his repertoire to include strategy, marketing, communications, and networking. He is currently employed in the Financial Services Industry specifically in estate planning, and is an avid reader of ancient history, culture, religion, philosophy and ideology.
Alysa Grigoriev
Marketing Consultant / Stills Photographer
With a latitude of skills spanning promotion of key art exhibitions, producing comedy festival acts or co-ordinating key stills photography on set, Alysa brings forward a wealth of expertise to the Co-Op. Having a strong aesthetic for creative imagery, Alysa's design and marketing support for the Co-Op has been instrumental.

The aim of the LipkinFilms co-operative is to foster an environment that is conducive to artistic growth. In line with this philosophy is the vision and uniqueness of the individual.
Actors are central in realising this philosophy and are fundamental to the development process. LipkinFilms is committed to nurturing this emerging talent and have therefore created a database of emerging actors who would like to share in our vision.
We invite these actors to register their interest with LipkinFilms and as a co-operative we look forward to the opportunity of artistic collaboration.

As part of the Co-Op's two-year plan, a script submission faculty has been organised to assess promising scripts and stimulate a stronger artistic environment within Australia. LipkinFilms aims to create an environment where emerging writers are given a platform to potentially see their ideas from concept to delivery.
Please ensure the following criteria is met before the submission of any materials to LipkinFilms:
